    Congratulations to our newest Lieutenant, Lt. Humphrey. Lt. Humphrey has been serving the City of Havre de Grace for over 31 years (27 sworn, four Auxiliary Police). Before becoming a law enforcement professional, he served and retired from the United States Army.

    We are proud of Lt. Humphrey and wish him continued success in his new position.
