Our condolences and deepest sympathy to the family of former Havre de Grace Chief of Police Randall L. Holt who passed away on Wednesday, December 1, 2021, due to illness.
Chief Holt retired from the Maryland State Police and became the Chief of Police for Havre de Grace from 1996 to 2005.
