Paving Project in Designated Areas

A paving project will begin on or about Monday, November 2, 2026. The project is expected to take approximately 7-20 days to complete and will consist of inlet repairs, some curb and gutter replacement, a 2” mill of the existing road surfaces and a 2” overlay. Patching of 3” to 5” may occur in some areas. This process will cause minor disruptions to traffic in and out of the neighborhoods listed below during work hours (7 am to 5 pm). We also ask residents in that area to park their vehicles in their driveways and not on the street during work hours.

Areas the paving project will be are: Kathryn Way and Marshall Court in Bayview Estates; Swan Court, Tern Court, and Seagull Drive in Grace Harbor; Chapel Terrace and Chapel Road from near SHCO House #5 to Tidewater Drive and from Tydings Road to Ohio Street.
