Ordinance No. 1076 concerning FY 2023 Tax Rate
Ordinance No. 1077 concerning FY 2023 Water & Sewer Rates

The Mayor and City Council of Havre de Grace will hold a public hearing to receive public comment on Ordinance Nos. 1076 and 1077. 

Ordinance No. 1076 – An ordinance to fix the tax rate for the fiscal year July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023 on each one hundred dollars ($100.00) of assessable real property, personal property; and providing an additional special tax levied within the critical area special taxing district and setting the service charge for the semi-annual property tax payment option.

Ordinance No. 1077 – An ordinance to establish the City water and sewer rates and service participation fees for the users of the City water and sewer system.
