Public Hearings on Ordinance Nos. 1228, 1229, 1230, 1231, 1232 & 1233 – 9/21/2026

The Mayor and City Council of Havre de Grace will hold public hearings on Monday, September 21 at 7 pm in the City Council Chambers, 711 Pennington Avenue, Havre de Grace, to receive public comment on Ordinance Nos. 1228, 1229, 1230, 1231, 1232 & 1233.

Ordinance No. 1228 – Amend Chapter 25 Tourism Advisory Board
Ordinance No. 1229 – Amend Chapter 122 Parking related to ADUs
Ordinance No. 1230 – Amend Chapter 147 Rental Property related to ADUs
Ordinance No. 1231 – Amend Chapter 196 Water & Sewer Rates related to ADUs
Ordinance No. 1232 – Amend Chapter 205 Zoning related to ADUs
Ordinance No. 1233 – Amend Chapter 198 Water & Sewers
