    Notice of Public Meeting: 

    The Havre de Grace City Council will meet on Monday, November 18, 2019 at 7:00 P.M. in the City Council Chambers, 711 Pennington Avenue, Havre de Grace, Md. The Council intends to close the meeting at adjournment to consider advice of legal counsel and discussions with staff regarding pending litigation. The public may attend the open session and observe the vote of Council to move into closed session at this time. The Council President will read into the record a closing statement which is available for public inspection. The closed meeting is permitted under the General Provisions Art. Section 3-305 (b)(7) and (b)(8)
