The input session will be held at the Opera House on Thursday, July 27, 2023 at 121 N. Union Avenue, Havre de Grace, MD 21078 at 6:30 p.m. Efforts will be made to accommodate the disabled and non-English speaking residents with 3 days advance notice to Tim Bourcier, 410-939-1800 x1120.
