Public Work Session – Proposed Changes to RO Zoning District – November 14, 2024

Notice of Council Public Work Session

The Mayor and City Council will conduct a Public Work Session on Thursday, November 14 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 711 Pennington Avenue, Havre de Grace to allow for interaction between the Council, consultants from Code Studio, and Department of Planning staff on form-based code that will affect the former Harford Memorial Hospital site. 

The public is invited to attend and observe the meeting.  There will be an opportunity for public comment.  The meeting will not be live-streamed or videotaped for the City’s YouTube channel, but there will be minutes of the meeting.
