Council Work Session – Short-term Rental/Accessory Dwelling Units – 7/25/22 Havre de GraceCouncil Work Session – Short-term Rental/Accessory Dwelling Units – 7/25/22 The Mayor and City Council of Havre de Grace will hold a work session at City Hall (711 Pennington Avenue) on July 25, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. (immediately following a scheduled public hearing) to discuss the licensing, regulation, and location for short-term rentals. Accessory dwelling units or “cottage dwellings” and their current definition under the code will also be examined. The public is invited to attend and observe the meeting.
