    Due to the threat of a severe storm that could impact the City of Havre de Grace, Mayor Martin has issued a Declaration of a State of Emergency, suspending tonight’s (August 7, 2023) meeting of the Mayor and City Council of Havre de Grace.  Under the Declaration of State of Emergency 

    • The August 7, 2023, public hearings for ordinances 1113, 1114, and 1115 will be held on August 14, 2023.  
    • The August 7, 2023, meeting of the Mayor and City Council of Havre de Grace will be held on August 14, 2023, with a modified agenda.
