Statement from Mayor William T. Martin Regarding the City’s Outdoor Dining Policy

This morning I signed Executive Order 2020-05, implementing an outdoor dining policy in the City of Havre de Grace. This plan will allow restaurants who do not have outdoor seating to extend their operations onto approved City property while social distancing protocols remain in place.

I want to thank my staff who have been working on this plan for several weeks in anticipation of the Governor’s announcement to move the State of Maryland into the completion of Stage One of The Maryland Strong: Roadmap to Recovery.
