PLACE OF MEETING: City Council Chambers, City Hall 711 Pennington Avenue Havre de Grace, MD 21078 TIME: 6:00 p.m. DATE: April 26, 2021 The public is invited to attend and observe the meeting; however, in order to ensure compliance with the Governor’s executive orders, seating is limited and anyone entering City Hall must wear a mask and maintain social distancing. The meeting may be viewed live by visiting the City of Havre de Grace website at www.havredegracemd.gov and click on the live stream video icon.
