Road Closures & No Parking for Independence Day Celebration on July 2, 2023 Havre de GraceRoad Closures & No Parking for Independence Day Celebration on July 2, 2023 The City of Havre de Grace Independence Day Celebration will be held this Sunday, July 2nd. There will be a number of no parking areas and road closures at various times throughout the day and night. The no parking enforcement will begin on Sunday at 10 a.m. Juniata Street will be closed to traffic around 11:30 a.m., followed by Union Avenue around 12:30 p.m. and they will remain closed until after the parade. The parade will begin at 2 p.m. and end around 4:30 p.m. Downtown residents and businesses, please take care of all driving business before 10 a.m. on Sunday. After 10 a.m., access to or near your residence or business cannot be promised or ensured.
