The Mayor and City Council of Havre de Grace will hold public hearings on Tuesday, September 5 at 7 pm in the City Council Chambers, 711 Pennington Avenue, Havre de Grace, to receive public comment on Ordinance Nos. 1118, 1119 & 1120.
Ordinance No. 1118 – An ordinance for the purpose of amending City Code 120 as it pertains to graffiti.
Ordinance No. 1119 – An ordinance for the purpose of approving a deed transferring surplus property to Habitat for Humanity Susquehanna, Inc.
Ordinance No. 1120 – An ordinance for the purpose of approving Budget Amendment 2024-01 to carry forward FY 2023 capital projects and reallocation of funds.
