The current maximum allowable height is ten (10) feet. Applicant is requesting permission to install a sign that is fifteen (15) feet tall to accommodate a dual sign to provide visible advertising for two tenants. The applicant will need to show the request meets the findings under §151-29 and §25-17(C).
