Welcome New HPC Member Robin Stokes. Many thanks to Ellen for her years of service on the HPC – Ellen has decided to not request another term.

• Any Property Updates – Jean provided a spreadsheet to the Planning Department of five properties at risk and copied the Commission. Code action underway.
• Local Landmark Program: Promotion Ideas
• Moore Family Homestead – House washing requested again. Front porch repair needed. Chris Ricci alerted to both problems.
• Lafayette Trail Revisions — Suggestions for reviewers?
• Lafayette 200 – a wonderful success in spite of the intense heat. Let’s start planning for America’s 250 next year!
