Permit No: 2025-0058 Location: 215 Giles Street – HdG Decoy Museum Applicant: Michael Tarquini, Board Member of the HdG Decoy Museum To hear a request by the Applicant for a one-year extension per §155-25 of the City Code, for the previous October 17, 2024 Site Plan approval for a 3,618 square foot addition to the existing Decoy Museum. This is their first extension request of two permitted per City Code.
Permit No: 2023-0093 Location: 1101 Pulaski Hwy – Popeyes Restaurant Applicant: Aliza Hertzmark, Bohler To hear a request by the Applicant for a second and final, one-year extension per §155-25 of the City Code, for the original November 14, 2022 Site Plan approval for a 2,529 square foot Popeyes Restaurant. A one-year site plan extension was previously granted on November 21, 2024 by the Planning Commission. This is their second and final extension request per City Code.
Permit No: 2026-69 Location: 552 Lewis Street – Lisa Scott Funeral Establishment Applicant: Lisa Scott, Lisa Scott Funeral Home, P.A. To hear a request by the Applicant for 1. site plan review and approval per §155-6A(3), for the conversion of an existing building, in whole or part, from residential use to non-residential use in the RO/Residential Office zoning district and 2. the Commissioners review and approval of a +/- 300 square foot, or 18%, addition to the rear of the proposed 1655 square foot office building conversion per §155-6D of the City Code, since the Applicant is already required to seek Planning Commission review and approval for the change of use.
