Case No. 552 Permit No: 2025-432 Location: 1609 Pulaski Highway Applicant: Sheetz-Bohler Engineering Description: To hear a request by the Applicant of 1609 Pulaski Highway for conditional use approval for a gas station in the commercial zoning district per 205-37B of the zoning code, to redevelop the property known as Sheetz into a gas station, consisting of a 6,132 square foot convenience store and 6 pump fuel service canopy on a 1.47 acre property.
Case No. 554 Permit No: 2025-376 Location: 112 Market Street / 151 South Strawberry Lane Applicant: Edward Wouters / Allen Fair Description: To hear a request by the Applicant of 112 Market Street and 151 South Strawberry Lane for a variance from the zoning lot specifications in the RB zoning district per Table 1 of the zoning code. The Applicants plan to adjust the existing non-conforming lot lines of Lot 2 to allow for future improvements, but Lot 2 area will still remain non-conforming.
