Reports of Officers / Boards / Committees -Chair Report and Welcome -All other reports will be covered in the Old Business discussion of the TAM visit
Unfinished / Old Business / On-going Business -Havre de Grace Twinning’s visit to Mumbles. Twelve people will be going to Mumbles from September 17th to the 23rd. There will be an informational meeting for those going to Mumbles at the Stathes’ (615 Commerce St.) on August 17th.
-Many thanks to those who have helped by manning our table and for assisting with set-up and break-down. We need volunteers for one and one-half hour shifts at the next two First Fridays on September 1st and October 6th.
-CEC and Twinning will participate in the Community Projects of Havre de Grace dinner on August 29. We have a table of 8 people attending so far.
-CEC and Twinning will participate in the Oysterfest event. We will set up a table as is done for First Friday. We also want Twinning fans to ask their friends to specify Twinning as the non-profit they wish to contribute to when they buy tickets to the event.
-Jubilee Tree participation: Ennise continues to have this well in hand.
New Business -Discuss nominations for new CEC officers and the addition of new CEC members.
-Establishing a calendar of alternating monthly CEC meetings and events.
-Should we have Twinning t-shirts created for sale to friends of Twinning?
-Any New Business, identified for discussion.
