The Commission intends to close part of the meeting to discuss a personnel matter, to consult with staff, consultants, or other individuals about pending or potential litigation, and to discuss an investigative proceeding. The public may attend the open session and observe the vote of Council to move into closed session at agenda item #8. The Commission Chair will read into the record a closing statement that is available for public inspection. The Commission will not reconvene in open session after the closed session and votes, if any, will be recorded in public at the Commission meeting on October 13th, 2025 (or next scheduled meeting).
