NOTICE OF 45-DAY COMMENT PERIOD AND PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE
HDGHA FY2025 – FY 2029 5-YEAR PLAN

HDGHA’s 5-Year Plan for Fiscal Years 2025 through 2029 (the “Plan”) is now available to the public for review and comment. Printed copies of the Plan are available at HDGHA’s Management Office located at 101 Stansbury Court, Havre De Grace, MD 21078. You can also click here to view the Plan.

The Plan describes the public housing agency’s mission, goals and objectives for the Fiscal Years 2025 through 2029. The public comment period will begin on November 3, 2025, and written comments will be accepted through December 22, 2025.

A public hearing will be held during the HDGHA Board of Commissioners meeting on:

Location: Havre de Grace City Hall
711 Pennington Ave.
Havre de Grace, MD 21078.

The purpose of the meeting is to receive comments from interested members of the public on HDGHA’s proposed 5-Year Plan for Fiscal Years 2025 through 2029.

Comments on the proposed Plan can be submitted by:

1. Attending the public hearing and signing up on-site to make a public comment on January 12, 2026 at 6:00 pm at Havre de Grace City Hall, 711 Pennington Ave., Havre de Grace, MD 21078;
