-Discussion – Remove fishing from Tydings Park Yacht Basin
-Discussion – How to repair / use pier near Lighthouse
-Discussion – Fish cleaning station at Hutchins Park
-Discussion – New signs at boat ramp – what they should say and budget
-Updates on backburner projects – Fuel Dock Sun shade / redecking pier 5 / dmp site / staircase for Gas Dock Office / Flooring for Marina Office / Dredging date / bulkhead repair date
-Update on delinquent boats / removal to get paying customers in those spots
-Discussion – Dedicated parking at bulkhead for slip holders
