-Discussion – Capital Projects for 2/3/25 Marina Commission Report
-Discussion – Remove fishing from Tydings Park yacht Basin – Any more updates to this?
-Discussion – How to repair / use pier near lighthouse (Guest Jon Miller from Mermaid Docks will be at meeting)
-Discussion – Pier 3 and 5 Redecking project – Jon Miller did an inspection of the decking and has information to share about the framing.
-Discussion – Fish cleaning station at Hutchins Park – Planning to add it to FY 2025 Marina Commission Report being delivered on 2/3/25.
-Discussion – Potential for Ice Machine at old Marina office – Could vendor pay to remodel and use a space for external ice machine?
-Updates on backburner projects – Fuel Dock Sun shade / redecking pier 5 / dmp site / staircase for Gas Dock Office / Flooring for marina office / Dredging date / bulkhead repair date
-Discussion – Pier 6 slip – Bill Ranken old slip – Recommend to Repair so that it can be used again. Damaged in the boat fire from July 2023.
-Discussion – any WIFI updates? Where is Think Big Now?
-Discussion – Gates for each pier will be added to 2025 Marina Commission Report on 2/3/25
-Discussion – Can the Promenade Grill building become a 2-story building, and any ice machine idea updates (From 11/14/24 Open Discussion)

New Business
-Docking Competition coming to town – Possible use of marinas / lighthouse location – Other city commission is working on details.
-Discussion – Suggestion Email box for slip holders – access to list of emails to send this out to?
