– Location: 1001 Pulaski Highway-US Route 40 (South Bound) Owner/Applicant: WAWA Inc. – Ocean Petroleum Co. Inc. Permit No: 2024-0198 Parcel No: 2290 (2.31 Acres) Description: To hear a request by the applicant of 1001 Pulaski Highway (Wawa) for site plan review for constructing a Wawa Service Station (2.31 acres) in the Commercial/C zoning district. Submission application includes Forest Stand Delineation, Landscape Plan, Lighting Plan, Site Plan, Concept Plan, Architectural Plan, Stormwater Plan, and Revised Traffic Impact Analysis for review per §155-10: formal site plan application submission review.
– Discussion of proposed recommendations to M&C and hear public comments regarding annexation petition for two properties: 1419 Chapel Road and 1609 Pulaski Highway per §20-2(D) of the City Code. The annexation petition review by Planning Commission regarding the recent Mayor and Council proposed annexation resolution.
– Discussion of proposed modification to Chapter 205 Article VI Zoning regarding the Use Schedule for the RO/Residential Office zoning district.
