-Review and Adoption of proposed “Rules and Procedures” for the Planning Commission per §25-27(B)(7) of the City Code and §2-105(c)(1)(i) of the MD LUC

New Business-
Comprehensive Plan update by City Planner Dianne Klair since October 17th, 2024 with amendments for consideration and draft resolution for approval recommendation to Mayor and City Council per Maryland Land Use Code 3-202(a)

-Discussion of proposed zoning text amendments regarding definitions to Chapter 205 Zoning for ‘Group Housing’ for veterans as a use in the RO zoning district for ordinance recommendation submission to Mayor and City Council

-Discussion of proposed zoning text amendments per 205-9(A) of the City Code regarding National Register Historic District setback requirements and recommendations to Mayor and City Council on this pending ordinance

-Discussion of proposed text amendments per 102-3(B) and 4 of the City Code regarding ‘redevelopment’ definitions and recommendations to Mayor and City Council on this pending ordinance

-To hear a request by the Planning Commission for voting on Chairperson and Vice Chairperson for the 2025 calendar year per 25-23(l) of the City Code
