New Business Permit No: 2023-0408 Location: 2010 & 2000 Level Road (known as The Legacies) Applicant: Jonathan Green / Eric McLauchlin – PKLAW To hear a request by the Applicant for preliminary subdivision review and approval for constructing 290 dwelling units on the Subject Properties consisting of 101 single family detached and 189 townhomes/villas on 63 acres in the RB/Residential Business zoning district per §173 of the City Code and AR277-SCP.
