§25-26A(1) Meetings and Hearings: All hearings of the Planning Commission shall be open to the public. At the hearing, any party may appear and be heard in person or by representative.
The public is invited to attend, observe, and comment when applicable. The meeting may be viewed live by visiting the City of Havre de Grace website at www.havredegracemd.com and click on the City YouTube Videos tab. The video will be available to view immediately following the meeting.
