Council Work Session – Short-term Rental/Accessory Dwelling Units

The Mayor and City Council of Havre de Grace will hold a work session to discuss the licensing, regulation, and location for short-term rentals.  Accessory dwelling units or “cottage dwellings” and their current definition under the code will also be examined. The public is invited to attend and observe the meeting (the meeting will begin after the public hearing on Ordinance #1080).  The meeting may be viewed live by visiting the City of Havre de Grace website at www.havredegracemd.com and click on the City Council Videos tab.  The video will be available to view on the website immediately following the meeting.
