Amending City Zoning Code §205-9 to Establish Maximum Setbacks in the National Register Historic District and Prohibit Front Load Garages on Certain Streets

The Mayor and City Council of Havre de Grace will hold a public hearing to receive public comment on Ordinance No. 1049.  An ordinance concerning the establishment of maximum setbacks in the National Register Historic District and prohibiting front load garages on certain streets.

In order to ensure compliance with the Governor’s social distancing orders, no more than 38 people will be allowed in the Council Chambers, including the Mayor and Council Members.  Anyone entering City Hall must wear a mask and maintain social distancing.
