Fire House #2 and the Cultural Arts Center at the Opera House are located at 121 – 125 North Union Avenue, Havre de Grace, MD and both facilities are City-owned properties. Sealed bids, addressed to Mrs. Sandy Ayres and marked “BID FOR PROJECT 01-1251-7091, RENOVATION AND CONSTRUCTION OF TWO ADA BATHROOMS AND WHEELCHAIR RAMP – FIRE HOUSE #2” will be received at City Hall, City of Havre de Grace, 711 Pennington Ave, Havre de Grace, Maryland 21078, until February 13, 2020 at 3pm local times and then and there the bids will be opened and read. A MANDATORY Pre-bid Conference will be held at Fire House #2, 125 N. Union Avenue, (enter through the front door of the Cultural Center at the Opera House) January 30, 2020 at 10am.
