Prepare for Hurricane Season 2025

The first of June means the official start of the Atlantic hurricane season. In order to avoid rushing to prepare for inclement weather, it’s best to prepare ahead of time. Here are some things to take care of before hurricane season really ramps up:

 Develop an evacuation plan;
 Assemble disaster supplies;
 Double check insurance and document possessions;
 Have a communication plan;
 Reinforce your home; and
 Remove any debris blocking storm drains near your home.
