July 6, 2020 City Council Agenda Havre de GraceJuly 6, 2020 City Council Agenda View on YouTube Notice of Public Meeting: The Mayor and City Council of Havre de Grace will convene in the Council Chambers at 711 Pennington Avenue, Havre de Grace, Maryland to hold the City Council Meeting. In order to ensure compliance with the Governor’s social distancing orders, no more than 38 people will be allowed in the Council Chambers, including the Mayor and Council Members. Anyone entering City Hall must wear a mask and maintain social distancing. The Council intends to close the meeting during item 18 “Motion to move into Closed Session” for the selection of Council President, attorney status update on pending litigation, and personnel action. The public may observe the open session and the vote of Council to move into closed session at this time. The Council President will read into the record a closing statement. The Council will reconvene in open session after the closed session.
