To hear a request by the property owners of 625 S. Washington Street to appeal the Department of Planning’s Stop Work order placed on the Cottage Dwelling portion of the building permit at 625 South Washington Street.  The Applicants are also requesting an appeal of the Department of Public Works Director’s “determination” that the Applicants are required to pay certain Capital Cost Recovery Fees.  Lastly, the Department of Planning is requesting the Board of Appeals revoke their Conditional Use approval for Cottage Dwelling at the subject address for failure to comply with set conditions.
