Application

Apply for the license and pay the fee online through MyGovernmentOnline (MGO) using the following instructions:

  1. First time users will need to create a New Account.
  2. After you have an account, go to STR Application and select Rental Registration.
  3. Complete the application and upload the required documents:

    a. Floor plan

    b. Life Safety Verification – Inspection Checklist (can be downloaded to complete)

    c. Property Owner’s Authorization (if applicable) (can be downloaded to complete)

  4. You can check the status, pay the fee, print documents, and communicate with the reviewer through the MGO system. Click the menu icon in the top left corner, then select Dashboard.
